Supervises 15-20 Customer Service Representatives (working both in-house and remotely). Ensures staff provides top-notch service to our customers.

Primary responsibilities include:


• Overseeing daily workload prioritization, including staffing and time management

• Ensuring compliance with company policies

• Meeting with employees regularly to evaluate performance and communicate changes

• Resolving employee issues as needed, according to company policy

• Interviewing and making hiring recommendations for your staff

• Provide effective and timely communication of customer feedback to appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Participating in continuous department-wide improvement programs to ensure premium service


Qualified applicant will have:


• 2 years of college or equivalent

• 2 years customer service call center experience

• Previous supervisory experience a plus

• Effective teaching and coaching skills

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations calmly

• Strong PC skills with knowledge of business management software
