Digital Marketing Manager, Littleton, NH


Drive revenue growth for a rapidly expanding Web Marketing team. Responsible for all advertising/promotion aspects, working with multiple strategic partners.

With a Marketing investment that has doubled in the last 3 years, we’re seeking a motivated individual to rapidly grow our E-Commerce opportunities. As the manager for our busy Web Marketing team, you’ll lead and coordinate all website strategies and plans to meet both company and marketing objectives. Primary responsibilities include:


• Coordinating, prioritizing and implementing web plans

• Overseeing all details in the timely, effective and efficient management of web projects

• Working with multiple boutique partners & strategic partners to achieve company goals

• Managing the web team by establishing objectives, evaluating performance and coaching

• Acquisition of new online leads

• Developing and maintaining systems to both measure and analyze web effectiveness

• Reacting to incoming data to meet marketing plan goals

• Reporting results to senior management

• Recommending changes to increase visit length, click-through rates, navigational and functionality improvements, and more


Qualified applicant will have:


• 4-year college degree, preferably in Business or Web Marketing

• Specialized courses in direct marketing and/or website management

• Minimum 3 years in project management or planning and analyzing a website

• Minimum 2 years managing and coaching employees

• Minimum 5 years working in an office environment with limited supervision

• Proven planning and management skills

• Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• Technological competency
