Oversee 12-14 employees in our Order Processing & Customer Service departments. Min. 3-5 years supervisory experience. Evening shift – 12:30-9:00 p.m.

You'll be responsible for managing our Inbound Order Processing and Customer Service teams, as well as the growth of our upselling program. Primary responsibilities include:


• Monitoring employee quality, production and performance

• Evaluating department members on a monthly basis and coaching for improved performance and necessary training

• Managing the upselling program and working to achieve set sales goals

• Working with various departments (including Marketing and Information Technology) to ensure timely customer order fulfillment and systems integration

• Resolving employee issues in accordance with company policy, as needed

• Developing systems to ensure continuous improvements in customer service quality

• Serving as workforce planning backup for staffing needs


Qualified applicant will have:


• Two years college or equivalent

• Minimum of 3-5 years supervisory level experience

• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• Ability to work overtime as needed
